Job Description
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Edison, NJ (On-site)
Pay: $32/hr
+ Responsibilities
+ Complete month-end close tasks, prepare financial reports, and maintain account reconciliations
+ Process weekly payroll and provide payroll analysis when needed
+ Prepare standard journal entries and support financial accuracy through variance analysis
+ Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing required documentation
+ Contribute to internal controls and compliance with accounting standards
Essential Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
+ 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, including month-end close, reconciliations, and payroll processing
+ Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
