delivering excellence and maintaining transparency in all financial operations.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our

finance and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.

Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements and MIS reports.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Monitor companys financial performance and provide insights to management.

Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel and other accounting tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Education: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

Certifications: Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws is mandatory.
