Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsProcess invoices and payments efficiently in QuickBooksRecord financial transactions in QuickBooksReconcile bank statements and financial reportsPrepare financial reports and statements for management reviewAssist in the preparation of financial audits and tax filingsWork with outside Accounting FirmMonitor and report on financial discrepanciesSupport the implementation of accounting systems and proceduresCollaborate with other departments to provide financial insightsStay updated on financial regulations and best practicesGeneral office administrative responsibilities working under Senior ManagementRequirements:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in accounting or related field required3+ years of Accounting experience requiredQuickBooks Online experience required
