Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Process invoices and payments efficiently in QuickBooks
  • Record financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
  • Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax filings
  • Work with outside Accounting Firm
  • Monitor and report on financial discrepancies
  • Support the implementation of accounting systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices
  • General office administrative responsibilities working under Senior Management
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in accounting or related field required
  • 3+ years of Accounting experience required
  • QuickBooks Online experience required
