Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices for all our global branches, ensuring accurate account allocation, adherence to internal controls, proper approvals, policy compliance, and correct ERP postings.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents to validate accuracy; follow up on discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Coordinate and execute global bi-weekly payment runs across multiple bank accounts, processing domestic and international payments via EFT, ACH, wire transfers, and recurring bill payments in multiple currencies, including USD, CAD, ZAR, CLP (Peso), JP...
