As an Accountant II, you'll be asked to perform accounting and analysis tasks for following tasks:
Cash Reconciliations –
Help other team members in special queries/questions.
Any other work as assigned by management on ongoing basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Accountant II, you'll be asked to perform accounting and analysis tasks for following tasks:
Cash Reconciliations –
- Process cash transactions for subsidiaries on a daily basis and reconciling the accounts, research variances.
- Process journal entries for all reconciling activity like bank charges, credit card fees, write-off, bad debts.
- Following up and clearing reconciling items on regular basis.
- Working on month end activities along with doing cash reconciliations.
- Account for Fixed assets additions, disposals etc.
- Maintain in progress listing
- Record fixed asset depreciation, along with working on Fixed assets reconciliations
- Run prepaid amortization on monthly basis
- Maintain reconciliation for prepaids
- Reclasses for Short and Long term prepaids as a part of month end activity
- Running Payables and Receivables allocations on a monthly basis and record entries.
Help other team members in special queries/questions.
Any other work as assigned by management on ongoing basis.
Desired Skills And Experience
- CA(2.5+)/CA Inter(3.5+) years of General Ledger working experience in MNC
- Working on a recognized ERP system (preferably Netsuite)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast- paced environment.
- Attention to detail as well as good analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
