**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of working experience in Finance (Accounting and Taxes), Compliance, Finance Operations, etc.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with SQL and SAP ERP.
- Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and US GAAP) and knowledge of electronic invoicing and accounting rules in LATAM.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement, and solid understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to support operational initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
