Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports in compliance with PEZA regulations.
- Prepare and file PEZA-related reports, permits, and certifications (e.g., import/export documentation, monthly/annual reports).
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government agencies alongside PEZA requirements.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors and government agencies.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for cost efficiency and compliance.
- Support inventory monitoring and documentation of PEZA-related transactions.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure proper documentation of import/export activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
