Accountant

We're looking for a talented individual to join the Northern European accounting team as an Accountant. The team is divided between Amstelveen and Stockholm. The role is based on in our Amstelveen office, Stadshart Amstelveen. The accounting team is a diverse team of 5 colleagues working on our Dutch assets and corporate entities.

What you will be doing…  

• Asset accounting for two shopping centres; 

• Fixed assets management

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register (acquisitions, disposals and transfers);

• Accurate capitalisation of assets in accordance with group accounting manual and accounting standards (IFRS en Dutch GAAP)

• Capital Expenditure Monitoring

• Monitor and report on capital projects and spending

• Verify proper classification of capital versus expense items
