We are delighted to be supporting a well‑established and expanding business based in rural Northampton. With a current turnover of £3 million and exciting growth plans; the Owner and Managing Director, is looking for a confident and capable Accountant to take ownership of the day‑to‑day finance function.
You’ll work closely with the Managing Director (who has no formal accounts training) and receive part‑time support from the current Finance Manager, who will be retiring in the near future. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being a trusted advisor within a friendly, down‑to‑earth team.
