Accountant

Robert Half is partnering with a well established organization that's looking to add an Accountant to their Finance team. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily transactional activities, such as: o Processing and coding accounts payable invoices

-Reconciling payroll and employee expenses

-Completing bank reconciliations

-Execute month-end accounting procedures, including: Posting entries for prepaid expenses and accruals (such as vacation and other costs)

-Recording all loan and lease transactions

-Update and maintain the fixed asset register, applying depreciation schedules as appropriate.

-Manage an approved vendor database with oversight for contracts and pricing.
