Job Description

Key Responsibilities:_
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records
- Handle Zoho Books and maintain up-to-date accounts
- Manage Indian taxation, including GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliance
- Assist in HR activities for the team, including:
- Maintaining employee records
- Managing leave and attendance
- Preparing rosters and schedules
- Other tasks as assigned
_Requirements:_
- 2 years of experience in accounting
- Accuracy-oriented with attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, TCS)
- Basic HR skills and willingness to handle team-related tasks
