Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger entries
- Record, review, and reconcile daily transactions, including bank reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Compute and file taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory requirements)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Maintain organized accounting records and schedules
- Coordinate with other departments on financial matters
