Accountant

Location: Hybrid (Remote with on-site visits 1–2 times per week, Pasig)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Accountant to support the financial operations of multiple entities. This role works closely with the Finance Officer and outsourced accounting partners to maintain accurate records, support reporting, and ensure timely completion of accounting activities across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger records for multiple entities
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Coordinate with outsourced accountants and review supporting schedules
• Perform account reconciliations and intercompany transactions
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
• Participate in on-site visits once or twice per week
• Assist with process improvements and documentation
