Job Description Job Description Job Title Accountant I Location San Francisco California 94107 Pay Rate Upto $33/hr Duration 6- 8 months Role Details: This position will report to the Revenue Director and will be responsible for providing support across digital and streaming business units on the accounting of revenue recognition, contract review, and order processing functions. The Revenue Accountant must be a tech savvy, self-driven analytical person who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Your Day-to-Day: • Ensure revenue recognition is booked accurately, timely, and in compliance with SOX controls and GAAP standards • Month-end close activities for revenue recognition including but not limited to journal entries, revenue calculations and accruals • Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations • Work with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure the proper setup of sales orders • Research and respond to inquiries from Sales and Client Service teams on ...
