The Client is a leading provider of capital to mid-sized companies and real estate transactions with a focus on senior secured debt. We originate, evaluate, and structure transactions, and provide bespoke private debt solutions to stable, cash-generative mid-market companies and property. Small team structure allows quick tactical decision making and end to end responsibility. 

A critical success factor of this role is the ability to demonstrate high attention to detail, problem solving and managing competing deadlines. The applicant will be a natural collaborator with a grounded/ down to earth work style to assist with business outcomes in a friendly team environment.
