Responsibilities
As an Accountant at CENTOGENE Spain, you will support the Finance team by managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include processing financial documentation, managing VAT filings, and supporting closing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in an international and fast‑paced environment.
- Perform general accounting activities including invoice processing, filing (including fax filing), and document management
- Prepare and review VAT declarations and ensure compliance with Spanish tax regulations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and preparation of journal entries
