We are currently looking for a

Manco Accountant

to join the Accounting function of an important international client within the real estate sector

full‑time position based in Valencia

working in a highly international environment and supporting Management Companies (Mancos) across Europe.

For this process, we kindly ask candidates to share their hourly or daily rate rather than fixed salary expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate accounting for all transactions based on agreements, invoices, bank statements and tax assessments.

Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations across the full balance sheet.

Conduct impairment analysis and going concern assessments.

Prepare management and ad‑hoc reporting, including statutory financial statements.
