Role Summary

We are hiring an Accountant to support a global client in managing day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience and strong hands-on exposure to Workday Financial Management , who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, GL maintenance, and reconciliations
• Work extensively on Workday Financial Management for accounting transactions and reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with client accounting policies and internal controls
• Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to resolve accounting queries
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience with hands-on Workday exposure (mandatory)
• Strong accounting fundamentals and Excel skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet client timelines
