We are hiring a full-time Accountant to support a U.S.-based nonprofit organization with end-to-end bookkeeping, monthly close, grant compliance, and board-level financial reporting.

This role is not suitable for corporate-only accountants. We are looking for someone who has hands-on nonprofit accounting experience, understands grant workflows, functional expense allocations, and can confidently deliver board-ready financial reports with minimal supervision.

You will report directly to the Finance Lead and Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in financial visibility, compliance, and decision-making.
