We are seeking an Accounting Administrative professional to join our Finance and Administration team at Applus+ IDIADA on a TEMPORARY basis. This role will be part of our accounting department, supporting day-to-day financial operations with a strong focus on customer accounts, billing, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Process and record customer invoices in our ERP system (SAP)Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoice issuance and payment trackingMonitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collectionsPerform administrative tasks specific to the accounting department, particularly related to customer billing cyclesCoordinate with customers and internal sales teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issuesSupport the team with general accounting operations and documentation management...
