JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst, who will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, with a focus on bill payments, procurement, and expense reimbursements. You'll work closely with our financial systems to ensure accurate data synchronization and assist in critical month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Bill Pays, procurement, and employee reimbursement processes using Ramp
  • Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of Ramp/NetSuite transaction synchronization
  • Assist with monthly accruals, particularly those related to Bill Pays and employee reimbursements
  • Assist with cash applications Support the monthly financial close process
  • Perform ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function
