Accounting Analyst III

The Accounting Analyst III performs a wide-range of financial and accounting related responsibilities within the Division of Finance and Administration. The incumbent reports to the University Assistant Controller. The Accounting Analyst III assists in safeguarding the University’s accounting information and ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial recording, reporting, and reconciliations. Responsibilities assigned to this position include but are not limited to: bank reconciliations, reconciling general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, chargeback; preparing reports; serving as the backup for the cashier; and performing a wide-range of accounting related responsibilities within the Division of Finance for the provision of excellent service to all University stakeholders and ensuring practices align with the overall goals of the University.
