Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including transactions, accounts, and ledgers. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Ensure timely payment to suppliers and collection from clients. Manage outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts. Ensure that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders. Consolidate financial data from all businesses (MTC, Pizza Dough, Dnails Salon, Roji Ramen Bar, MNH Commissary Food Corp, HMA Food Corp). Provide comprehensive analysis of consolidated...
