Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations for our property management companies. This role involves handling collections, billings, basic accounting tasks, and coordinating with building administration and head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, receipts, billings, and payments
  • Record transactions and maintain daily cash receipts journal
  • Ensure timely deposit and monitoring of collections (including parking fees)
  • Prepare payment request memos (PRM) and vouchers
  • Assist in filing and payment of property-related taxes (RPT, CGT, Transfer Tax, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory of official receipts and submit used documents to Head Office
  • Prepare weekly collection and financial reports
  • Handle homeowners’ requests (renovation, construction, clubhouse use, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
