Job Description
Handles accounting functions. Maintain accounting records through Quickbooks. Prepares the entries in the book of accounts. Timely preparations/analysis of monthly Financial Statements and variances Interprets financial and operating results to management Prepares standard journal entries Reconciles payroll Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures; laws and regulations. Maintenance of complete and accurate accounting records Prepares reports for VAT returns. Prepares Quarterly and Annual Taxes and Alpha list Updates cash position / cash flow Prepares ELI Sales Invoices to Wholesaler Requirements Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other related courses. At least 1-2 years of experience handling Accounts Payable and Receivable.
