**Accounting Assistant**
Hydrafacial is hiring an Accounting Assistant who will assist with basic accounting functions and data monitoring. Our Accounting Assistant will report to our General Accountant and will assist with daily data entries and payroll.
**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Perform calculations and everything that involves preparing payroll.
- Carry out the timely calculation of the IMSS INFONAVIT fees.
- Perform timely calculation of bimonthly variables.
- Monitor the INFONAVIT employer portal, ensuring that there are no debts in the bimonthly period.
- Send the affiliate movements in IDSE while maintaining the reconciled records in SUA and payroll.
- Calculate settlements and settlements of employee leave of absences.
- Calculate and record the monthly payment card FONACOT.
- Control and register requests for checks for travel expenses.
