Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant needed for a company in Irvine that manufactures food processing equipment.

Direct Hire position paying $55k - 60k/yr, plus an annual bonus, depending on experience. Company will also help cover the cost of daily commute mileage (to and from work location). Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Company has Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and a 401K plan after 90 day probation. NOT a remote or hybrid position.

This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of accounts while updating the accounts payable and receivable sub-ledgers.    

Responsibilities:
