Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

A professional who provides support to the Senior Accountants by performing various administrative and basic accounting such as bookkeeping, maintaining general ledgers, monitoring accounts, billing, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field or position.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and attentive to details.
  • Experience in Oracle Netsuite accounting system or any accounting software is a plus.
  • Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Deadline oriented
