Job Description

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Prepare and submit tax forms and documents
  • Monitor and manage petty cash and expense reports
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any course related to the field
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Have a keen attention to detail
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills that can work well with others
