Job Description
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Prepare and submit tax forms and documents
- Monitor and manage petty cash and expense reports
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any course related to the field
- At least 2 years experience
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills that can work well with others
