Description We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team in New Canaan, Connecticut. Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments for under 100 invoices per week.
• Manage accounts receivable duties, including recording cash receipts, applying check payments, and updating member payment records.
• Handle member billing processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintain office supplies and oversee general administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented workplace environment.
• Utilize organizational accounting software to manage financial records and transactions.
