Accounting Assistant

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent experience
• At least 1-3 years of experience in billing and payable.
• Knowledge in using SAP software is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Sucat, Parañaque City.

Responsibilities:

• Record and analyze journal entries in general ledger using Ramco ERP.
• Preparation of accounts reconciliation schedule and list of accounts for adjustment.
• Bookkeeping using Ramco ERP to monitor revenue, operating expenses, claims, etc.
• Prepare and monitor payments (Request for Payment and Cash Advances).
• Monitor the ageing of accounts payable.
• Prepare billing statements and sales journal in Ramco ERP.
• Monitor the ageing of accounts receivable.
• Monitor amortization of prepayments.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly general ledger accounts and monthly cost accrual.
