Job Description

  • Manage and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting documents and financial statements.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide support to the accounting team in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
