Position summary and responsibilities for an accounting assistant role.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Qualifications

  • College degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work ASAP
  • Willing to work in Pasig City
  • Working experience is a plus but not required
