Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Assisting with tasks like data entry, invoice processing and record-keeping while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with MS Excel & Accounting Software
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Bachelor Graduate
