Key Responsibilities

General Accounting

  1. Record day to day financial transaction in the accounting system
  2. Maintain accurate and up to date general ledger entries
  3. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  4. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and other general ledger accounts.
  5. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  6. Assist in preparing financial documents for audits

Disbursement

  1. Process payment requests and ensure proper documentation and approval.
  2. Prepare checks, bank transfers, or other forms of payment for supplier, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Maintain records of all disbursements and ensure accurate posting to the appropriate accounts.
  4. Assist in maintaining petty cash and tracking reimbursement
