Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax requirements. The role primarily focuses on assisting with general ledger updates, daily transaction recording, and VAT-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and maintaining general ledger accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions.
- Support the encoding and processing of VAT relief transactions and related paperwork.
- Organize, file, and maintain accounting records, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist in the preparation and verification of journal entries and basic accounting reports.
