5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all member payments, including AXS, PayNow, internet banking, cheques, GIRO, and recurring credit card deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage payment administration by handling dishonored cheques, activating new payment methods, and liaising with banks and members to resolve collection issues.
- Generate monthly subscription and administrative fees, and produce member statements of account (SOA) for timely distribution.
- Handle member enquiries professionally via phone and email, update member records, and process adjustments or refunds as required.
- Reconcile weekly F&B outlet receipts against system records before submission to Accounts Payable, and maintain reconciliation of related accounts. ...
