Accounting Associate - Accounts Receivable

Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Update and match credit card collections
  • Update bank statement gsheet
  • Coordinate credit card differences with the bank
  • Maintain cash receipts and cash disbursement books
  • Weekly posting of credit card transactions
  • Bank reconciliation for local banks
  • Credit card posting cutoff based on month end closing
  • Submission of credit card sales breakdown per bank per mode of payment
  • Confirmation of credit card balance per bank
  • Update passbook per bank
  • Balance sheet account reconciliation of the credit card account
  • Perform review of accounts based on assigned income statement account
  • Perform payment verification (Bank Transfer, Check Payments and Ipay88)
  • Perform sales cancellation (Wrong release, DOA, etc.)
