Accounts Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients and ensure timely record of accounting transactions.
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, monthly HR/Payroll processing, and quarterly GST filing.
  • Checking, verifying and processing expenses submitted by clients.
  • Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorised and recorded in accordance with accounting best practices.
  • Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month end-closing and financial reporting.
  • Compiling Unaudited Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.
