Job Description

The Accounting Associate 1 is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service in the following areas: assisting with owners’ records and accounts, escrow transactions, accounts payable vendor setups, and owners’ chargebacks. This role also requires cross-functional collaboration with the client’s accounting department and management executives, including assisting with budget uploads and processing of owners refunds.

Job Description

  • Maintains and updates owners’ records, contact details, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Assists with accounts receivable inquiries, including billing questions, payment status, and account updates.
  • Processes escrow-related tasks, including welcome letters, coupons, and ownership documentation.
