Job Description

**Summary**
**We are specifically looking for someone with experience in Property Management accounting and working knowledge of AppFolio software.**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Compile and organize data provided by clients, such as invoices, receipts, bank statements.
- Record financial transactions in the accounting software.
- Evaluate and analyze financial and operating reports and data.
- Reconcile bank statements and implement actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
- Coordinate with the Tax Department and other business lines as necessary.
- Comply with US GAAP and ethics.
- Special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain the chart of accounts.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
