We are looking for a Financial Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable:
- Control of received invoice content, recording, and maintenance of invoice data in the internal system.
- Comparison of invoice data with current contracting conditions, including calculation of fees/commissions and validation of amounts. In case of discrepancies, investigation to identify root causes and find proper resolutions.
- Liaising with relevant departments (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, and others) to take or request actions for resolving pending issues.
- Issuing payments and accounting entries, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner.
