Accounting Associate

We are seeking a motivated Accounting Graduate to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about numbers, organized, and eager to grow their career in accounting within the dynamic retail collectibles industry.

You will be primarily responsible for assisting with accounts receivable, collections, basic audit tasks , and supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and collections from retail and online customers
• Issue invoices and official receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate customer payment records and aging reports
• Assist with internal audits and store cash audits
• Reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts and resolve billing issues
