STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preferably with experience in construction.
- Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the company's general ledger.
- Supervises and reviews the works of Accounting Staff such as, but not limited to, accounts payable/receivables, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and government reports and compliances.
- Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
- Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produces financial reports or statements.
- Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepares quarterly and annual financial statements data, reports, calculations (when necessary), and other schedules that are related and needed in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both in‑house and external reporting.
