Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and ensure proper documentation for timely payments.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including resolving discrepancies.
• Perform data entry tasks to update financial systems and ensure completeness.
• Handle billing operations and ensure invoices are sent and recorded accurately.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and SAP to manage financial data effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation upon request.
