Accounting Coordinator III

POSITION SCOPE:

This position is responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable and/or the Accounts Receivable Department with the everyday operations of the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable portion of the GPI Shared Services department. GPI Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Accounting Coordinators are part of a corporate, centralized function that processes approximately 600,000 invoices per year and disburses over $4 billion and receives in excess of $6 billion in customer payments. The responsibilities are varied and include three or more of the following: assist with integrating/consolidating acquisitions into existing systems/processes, ensure the accurate and timely preparation of vendor payments, customer receipts and related controls, and assist with implementing process improvements.
