The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide incredible support to the clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting-related questions they may have
  • Educate users on how to manage their business better with all the tools that Holded offers
  • Proactively identify issues before arising
  • Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams
  • Keep track of clients' feedback and suggest improvements
