Job Description

• Oversee and manage the overall accounts receivable function
• Preparation of month end closing set, including consolidation entries, reporting package, Input of accounting entries, AR, AP to Accounting Software
• Process payroll, staff claim, rental and other disbursements
• In-charge of AR (invoice, receipt) & AP (invoice, payment & cheque)
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and propose innovative solutions for efficient and profitable department operations.
