Accounting Expert

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a strong command of U.S. accounting standards and hands-on experience using modern financial tools? We are looking for a detail-oriented 
Accounting Expert
 who will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records for U.S.-based companies, with a 
strong focus on working within the Foundation accounting platform
.

Please note:

• Experience with 
  U.S. accounting standards is mandatory
• Resume must be submitted in English
• You will be asked to share examples of your work (e.g., bank or loan reconciliations — redacted if needed)

What You'll Do

• Work extensively in 
  Foundation
   to manage, review, and maintain financial data
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports using Foundation, including:
• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement
• Cash Flow Report
• Perform 
  bank, loan, and credit card reconciliations
   within the Foundation environment
• Set up, structure, and maintain a 
  tailored Chart of Accounts
   in Foundation
• Monitor and manage 
  cash flow
  , ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Oversee 
  Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
   processes
• Perform regular 
  account clean-ups, audits, and ongoing account monitoring
• Generate 
  ad hoc financial reports
   and insights as requested by management
• Ensure all financial processes align with 
  U.S. GAAP or equivalent standards

Requirements

• Proven experience working with 
  U.S.-based companies
• Strong knowledge of 
  U.S. GAAP
   or equivalent accounting standards
• Hands-on experience using Foundation
   (or ability to ramp up very quickly with similar tools)
• Demonstrated experience with 
  bank and loan reconciliations
• Fluent 
  spoken and written English
   (professional working level)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Clear and professional communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with 
  QuickBooks Online or Desktop
• Familiarity with other accounting or financial management platforms
• Experience transitioning or maintaining accounting data across multiple systems
