AlphaGraphics Pittsburgh is hiring a full-time Accounting & Finance Coordinator to support daily accounting operations in a fast-paced small business environment. This role is best suited for candidates with hands-on accounting experience who are comfortable owning core responsibilities and working independently.
This is not an entry-level or clerical role. Prior accounting experience is required.Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Process customer invoices, vendor bills, and payments

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Track customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances

  • Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
